As a member of the Finance and Accounting Department at Star Global, you will be responsible for internal accounting, monitoring financial data, accounts receivable, and project expenses to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in the company's financial operations.
This position is suitable for careful, meticulous candidates with good numerical thinking and a desire for long-term commitment in a technology business environment.
Responsible
- Statistical data collection, gathering documents, and recording them in accounting books on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Check the reasonableness and validity of documents and accounting data; promptly report and coordinate to correct errors with the Chief Accountant.
- Update and record accounting entries in accounting software.
- Classify and record expenses by project as a basis for cost calculation and business performance evaluation.
- Monitor bank subsidiary ledgers and perform accounting entries in the accounting books.
- Monitor accounts receivable; coordinate with relevant departments to recover debts.
- Prepare periodic payment plans; store income and expense documents; inventory and reconcile daily funds with the General Accountant.
- Prepare internal reports as requested by the Board of Directors on a daily and weekly basis.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors and the Chief Accountant.
Request
- Graduated from college/university majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in an accounting position or equivalent.
- Proficient in MISA AMIS accounting software and office applications, especially Excel.
- Mastering accounting practices; ability to organize, arrange, and manage scientific data clearly.
- Careful, meticulous, honest; able to work persistently with data; good teamwork skills.
- Skilled in planning, reporting, and effective time management.

- Experience working in technology, service, project companies, or companies with multiple operational areas.
- Has participated in project-based or cost center accounting.
- Experience working with tax authorities, banks, or auditing units.
- Familiar with regulations on taxes, electronic invoices, and accounting documents according to current regulations.
- Ability to prepare internal management reports, analyze financial data for operational purposes.
- Proficient in advanced Excel (Pivot Table, summary functions, data analysis).
- Ability to read and understand documents or communicate in basic English in accounting work.
