Application Engineer

As a member of the Project Department at Star Global, you will be directly involved in implementing 3D/360 Digitalization projects at real construction sites using modern equipment and technology.
We are looking for candidates who love technology, are proactive learners, have a sense of responsibility, and wish to develop in a practical, dynamic work environment with many project experiences.
This position is suitable for those who want to access digitalization technologies, data processing, and participate directly in digital transformation projects across various fields.
Responsible
- Plan the implementation schedule and develop detailed operational plans, as well as prepare checklists for equipment, materials, and personnel for each project.
- Implement data collection operations at project sites using long-range 3D scanners, handheld scanners, 360 cameras, drones, Matterport 3D cameras...
- Classify, organize, and process data according to established procedures.
- Participate in training on the Digitalization process and proceed to process data after collection from the project operations.
- Improve existing processes, develop additional new processes, and compile related guidelines.
- Update work progress and project results to management. Proactively report any arising issues to find timely solutions.
- Plan regular maintenance for equipment and carry out maintenance immediately after data collection.
- Participate in supporting the implementation of bidding documents related to the department's expertise.
- Other tasks as directed by the Department Head and the Board of Directors.
Request
- Graduated from University/College in Engineering, Architecture, Graphic Design, Construction, or related fields.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
- Skills in planning, reporting; analyzing and solving problems; good communication skills, proactive in asking questions, researching and proposing methods, project implementation plans...
- Willingness to learn new skills as well as develop existing foundational skills.
- Work based on the principle of completing tasks as required, on time, proactively reporting, and updating progress in the work management system.
If there is, it is an advantage
- Experience working on 3D/360 projects, Virtual Tours, real estate, architecture, or interactive technology products.
- Experience processing data from 3D scanners or reconstructing models from real data.
- Experience using technology devices such as 3D scanners, video cameras, digital cameras, drones/flycams, etc.
- Knowing how to drive a car and being willing to assist with transportation when participating in real projects is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand specialized English documents or basic communication in work.
