Head of Administrative - Human Resources

The Head of the Administration - Human Resources Department will directly participate in strategic human resource planning, building an internal management system, and developing a team in line with the company's growth orientation.

You will accompany the Board of Directors in building corporate culture, optimizing human resource operations, enhancing management efficiency, and developing the Administration - Human Resources system in a professional, systematic, and sustainable manner.

Take responsibility

  • Develop and implement the Administration - Human Resources strategy in line with the company's development orientation.
  • Manage and operate all activities related to recruitment, training, competency assessment, policies, and human resource development.
  • Coordinate with Department Heads in human resource planning, building organizational structure, and team development plans.
  • Build, improve, and supervise the implementation of processes, regulations, policies, and corporate culture.
  • Control the work of timekeeping, payroll, bonuses, benefits, and procedures related to social insurance and health insurance.
  • Advise the Board of Directors on human resource strategy, compensation policies, and issues related to internal operations.
  • Organize internal activities, training, team building, and programs to develop corporate culture.
  • Manage, train, and evaluate the work effectiveness of the human resources team in the Administration - Human Resources Department.
  • Participate in supporting the implementation of bidding documents related to the Department's expertise.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.

Request

  • Graduated from university or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in an Administrative - Human Resources management position or equivalent roles.
  • Understand the recruitment, training, employee evaluation processes, compensation policies, and labor laws.
  • Ability to build and operate systems of processes, regulations, and corporate culture.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and work management tools.
  • Good team management, planning, organizing, and work control skills.
  • Good communication, situation handling, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Logical thinking, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, careful, information security-minded, and team development-oriented.

  • Has experience recruiting for a variety of positions, from office roles to specialized technical personnel.
  • Strength in organizing events, team building, and activities that foster corporate culture.
  • Previously participated directly in the preparation and completion of bidding documents.
  • Possess a wide network of candidates in the fields of Engineering, Technology, and 3D Digitization.
  • Innovative thinking, proactive in proposing policies to improve the working environment.
  • Proficient in modern human resource management tools and able to read and understand English documents.
