Head of Administrative - Human Resources Department

As a management personnel in the Administration - Human Resources Department at Star Global, directly involved in building, operating, and developing a human resources system that aligns with the expansion direction of the 3D/360 Digital Technology company.

The position is suitable for candidates with management thinking, the ability to connect teams, and a desire to accompany in building a professional working environment, developing human resources, and enhancing the operational efficiency of the business.

Responsible

  • Developing a human resources strategy that aligns with the company's development direction and expansion plan.
  • Building, implementing, and optimizing internal human resources and administrative processes, regulations, and policies.
  • Managing and implementing all recruitment activities according to the development plan of the Departments.
  • Coordinating with Department Heads in assessing competencies, building development pathways, and training plans for personnel.
  • Establishing a system for evaluating work performance, KPIs, periodic review processes, and human resource development policies.
  • Managing matters related to salaries, benefits, welfare, social insurance, health insurance, and the company's internal policies.
  • Creating a positive working environment, corporate culture, and internal bonding activities.
  • Participating in supporting the implementation of bidding documents related to the Department's expertise.
  • Performing other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.

Request

  • Graduated from university or higher in Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a human resources management position, team leader, or equivalent position.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in recruitment, training, C&B, labor relations, and human resource operations.
  • Understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and regulations related to human resources - administration.
  • Ability to manage teams, train personnel, and motivate employees.
  • Good communication skills, situation handling, problem-solving, and conflict management.
  • Systematic thinking, high sense of responsibility, and good ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and work management tools.

  • Strength in organizing events, team building, and activities that foster connection and build corporate culture.
  • Directly participated in the preparation and completion of bidding documents.
  • Possess a wide network of candidates in the fields of Engineering, Technology, and 3D Digitization.
  • Innovative thinking, proactive in proposing policies to improve the work environment.
  • Proficient in modern human resource management tools and able to read and understand English documents.
