The Project Manager position at Star Global plays a central role in planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful implementation of 3D/360 digitization projects. You will be fully responsible for building plans, organizing implementation, managing progress and quality, to acceptance and evaluation of project effectiveness. At the same time, this position connects internal departments and external partners to ensure the project operates smoothly and achieves optimal results.
Suitable for candidates with a systematic mindset, good management skills, and a desire to develop in the field of technology – projects – digital transformation.
Responsible
- Develop detailed implementation plans, establish operational plans, and allocate specific personnel for each project.
- Assign tasks, supervise implementation, and manage project progress and quality, ensuring the project is completed on schedule.
- Manage the implementation of data collection operations at the site using long-range 3D scanners, handheld scanners, 360 cameras, drones, Matterport 3D cameras...;
- Classify, organize data, and process data after collection from the project operational process according to established procedures;
- Organize and participate in training on digitization processes and related professional processes;
- Manage and plan improvements to existing processes, develop new processes, and compile related guidelines;
- Update project progress and results to management, while proactively reporting any arising issues and proposing timely and effective solutions.
- Plan regular maintenance for equipment and carry out maintenance immediately after data collection.
- Support the resolution of technical and project-related inquiries for the Sales department and other departments.
- Participate in supporting the preparation of bidding documents related to the department's expertise.
- Participate in product acceptance, handover, and software usage guidance for customers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each project upon completion, provide lessons learned, and suggest improvements for future projects.
- Manage relationships with external partners (suppliers, strategic partners) to ensure the best support for the project.
- Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
Request
- Graduated from university or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Graphic Design, Construction, or related fields.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar management position.
- Possess knowledge and skills in project management and implementation.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
- Skills in planning, reporting; analyzing and solving problems; good communication skills, researching, and proactively proposing methods and project implementation plans.
- Willingness to learn new skills as well as develop existing foundational skills.
- Work based on the principle of completing tasks as required, on time, proactively reporting, and updating progress in the work management system.
- Candidates must have the ability to communicate in English.

- Experience managing projects related to technology, construction, digitization, 3D/360.
- Experience using technology devices such as 3D scanners, cameras, digital cameras, drones/flycams, ...
- Possess a driver's license and willing to travel with the project team.
- Skills in working with partners, clients, and handling arising situations.
