Recruitment & Human Resources Specialist

As a member of the Administrative - Human Resources department at Star Global, you will play a key role in sourcing and developing human resources for a leading 3D/360 Digitalization technology company. You will not only execute the recruitment process but also participate in building compensation policies, training, and ensuring the best benefits for the personnel team.

Responsible

  • Receive recruitment needs from departments, coordinate to determine recruitment requirements and propose suitable recruitment plans.
  • Implement the recruitment process from job posting, resume screening, contacting candidates, arranging interviews to onboarding new personnel.
  • Coordinate with departments to monitor, evaluate personnel capabilities, and propose appropriate training plans.
  • Organize post-probation reviews, periodic reviews, re-signing reviews,...
  • Support the implementation of internal training activities, monitor and summarize results after training.
  • Draft administrative documents: decisions, official letters, notifications, …
  • Coordinate to organize Team Building, Mini parties, internal activities,...
  • Receive and assist in handling issues related to salary, policies, regimes, and employee benefits according to company regulations.
  • Implement and monitor procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, and assist in updating personnel information as it arises.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's internal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Carry out attendance tracking, payroll calculation, and prepare bonus lists for holidays and performance results.
  • Assist in preparing bidding documents related to the department's expertise.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Request

  • Graduated from university or higher in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Law, Accounting, or other related fields.
  • Have at least 6 months of experience in a human resources specialist position or have held similar positions.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, Google Workspace, and office software.
  • Have knowledge of labor law.
  • Have a certain understanding of professional expertise. 
  • Have a high sense of responsibility and can work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Communication skills and flexible behavior. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Training, organizing, time management, relationship building, and conflict management skills. 
  • Careful, meticulous, progressive, persistent, and enthusiastic. Good logical thinking and quick to grasp tasks.
  • Basic English communication.

  • Experience in recruiting for various positions, from office roles to specialized technical personnel.
  • Strength in organizing events, team building, and activities that foster connection and build corporate culture.
  • Previously participated directly in the preparation and completion of bidding documents.
  • Possesses a wide network of candidates in the fields of Engineering, Technology, and 3D Digitization.
  • Good skills in handling situations, resolving conflicts, and managing risks in labor relations.
  • Innovative thinking, proactive in proposing policies to improve the working environment.
  • Proficient in modern human resource management tools and able to understand English documents.
